Connect

We will connect to discuss the capital you are looking to invest, what the end-to-end process looks like, and establish a realistic timeline.

Step 02

The Search

I will get to work searching for the ideal deal that fits your capital contribution and timeline. Once I find a high-yield opportunity, I will send you the deal to get your feedback and final approval.

You are under no commitment until you see a deal that you like. Nothing happens until we find the one that perfectly aligns with your financial goals and risk considerations.

Step 03

Purchase

This is when you will need to wire your investment funds. Time is of the essence, so any delay in payment could cause the deal to fall through. Your contribution must be the full amount, as the deal needs to be fully funded at the time of purchase. We will also sign the full partnership agreement at this stage so there is absolutely no ambiguity regarding the scope of the investment. The purchase and partnership agreement will be handled directly through my company, Wynwest.

Step 04

Construction

This is when the magic happens! Through our construction partner, Dixon Construction Co, the renovation will be completed in the most cost-effective and expedient manner possible.

Step 05

Sale

This is the best part. Seeing the finished product hit the market and making a new buyer happy with their new forever home. Once the home is sold, final numbers will be realized, profit will be distributed, and we start the hunt for the next deal.
